Sunshine.
I was huffing and puffing my way through the end of today’s 8-mile run (the longest I’ve gone in a looonnng time) & was counting down the minutes until it was over. And then this older gentleman stopped me, smiled wide, and said - “Keep going, sunshine!”
I smiled - and ran - the rest of the way home.
